Using OneNew means you accept the terms below. If they do not suit you, please do not use the app.

Your licence

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile it, or extract its data in order to republish it as another product.

Content

The editorial writing in the app is ours. Reference data comes from Wikidata and Wikipedia; images are used under free licences and are always credited with their author and licence beneath the picture. Album art and audio previews are served by Apple alongside a link to its store. We work to keep everything accurate but do not warrant that every detail is free of error; if you spot a mistake, please tell us so we can fix it.

Pro plan

Pro comes in two terms, monthly and yearly. Both are auto-renewing subscriptions: at the end of each term your store charges you for the next one until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pro screen in the currency and at the rate of your own market.\n\nThe monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for anyone who has not used one before. If you do not cancel before the 3 days are up, the first period is charged. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.\n\nCancelling is done in your store’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date — any later and the next period is still charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.\n\nPayment is handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never see or store your card details. Refunds follow your store’s policy.

Changes and discontinuation

We may change or withdraw a feature at any time. If the app is discontinued altogether, we will say so inside the app first.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
